Two private beach accesses

The estate opens directly onto the sand at two separate points, so the beach is a short walk rather than a drive and a parking hunt.

The estate's own pool, just behind High Rock Pub & Grill, with toilets alongside it — so an afternoon there does not mean walking everyone back to the unit. There is a shallow pool beside the main one for smaller children, and a cold drink is a few steps away. The default plan for the hottest part of a Palm Beach day.

High Rock Pub & Grill

Privately owned, fully licensed, and the place to be in Palm Beach. Breakfast through to steaks, with pizzas, pastas, toasties and a kids' menu in between. There is a braai area, pool tables and darts, and the estate swimming pool is directly behind it. This is where the locals get together and the holidaymakers mingle — walking distance from your door.

Superette & laundromat

A shop and a laundromat share the block at the top of the estate, under one owner who rents the premises from GreenHart. Milk, bread, ice and the things you forgot to pack without going through the gate — and somewhere to wash the salt and sand out mid-stay, which is welcome on a longer holiday and essential with small children.

About the businesses on the estate

High Rock Pub & Grill has its own owners. The superette and the laundromat share a different owner between them. All of them are independent businesses renting their premises from GreenHart — they are not run by us or by the estate, and they set their own trading hours, prices and menus. We mention them because having them a short walk away makes a real difference to a holiday, but we cannot guarantee their opening times, and a stay is not conditional on any of them trading. Worth a quick check when you arrive, particularly out of season.

Access & admission

GreenHart Village Estate has controlled access, and every guest staying on the property must be registered before arrival — which is why we ask for full details when you book. Right of admission is reserved. We would only ever exercise it on reasonable grounds, and never on any ground prohibited by law. The full terms set out exactly what that means.

Our units are inside GreenHart itself — the pool, High Rock Pub & Grill and the beach paths are all a short walk from your front door.
