How do I book a unit?
Choose your dates on the unit page, create an account, and pay the deposit online through PayFast. Your dates are confirmed the moment the payment clears, and you will receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
No. You pay a deposit to confirm the booking, and we email you a secure link for the balance closer to your stay. If your arrival date is already inside the balance window, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Why do you need my ID number?
Estate access control requires us to register every guest staying on the property. Your ID number is encrypted at rest and is never shared with anyone other than estate security.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The cancellation terms that applied when you booked are recorded against your booking and shown on your confirmation. Get in touch as early as you can — the more notice we have, the more we can usually do.
Is there load-shedding?
No 19 has solar panels with an inverter, so lights, plugs and the fridge keep running through load-shedding. Geysers and stoves are not on the backup circuit.
Is the estate secure?
Yes. GreenHart Village Estate has controlled access, which is a large part of why families come back — children can cycle to the pool on their own.
Are pets allowed?
Not at No 19. House rules vary per unit, so check the specific unit page — some owners may allow pets in future.
I own a unit at GreenHart. Can you let it for me?
Yes — that is exactly what we do. Use the 'List your unit' page to send us your details and we will come back to you with what your unit could earn.
Still stuck?
